After payment, CreatorLift reviews your video and campaign details before setup. Videos that violate platform policies, contain restricted content, or are unsuitable for promotion may be rejected and refunded before campaign launch.
If your campaign has not started, you may request a refund. Approved refunds are returned through the available payment channel.
Once campaign work, setup, or ad spend has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on the amount already used.
Our campaigns are designed to help creators reach relevant viewers, built to increase exposure and discovery, and promote content to targeted audiences. Results vary based on content quality, niche, audience interest, campaign settings, and viewer response. We do not promise specific subscriber counts, watch-hour outcomes, monetization approval, or revenue.
